The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to me. I process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) and national data protection provisions). In this privacy policy I inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of my website.

General Information on Data Processing

When you visit my website, data is automatically stored in so-called server log files by the web server. This data is not assignable to specific persons and is not merged with other data sources. Among other things, the following data is recorded: your IP address, date, time, browser type and version, operating system.

Cookies & Tracking

I use cookies on this website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device. Some of the cookies I use are deleted after the end of the browsing session (“session cookies”), others remain on your device until you delete them (“persistent cookies”).

With the help of Cookiebot I obtain your consent (consent) for the use of certain tracking and analysis tools before they become active.

Google Analytics

For analysis of user behaviour I use the tool Google Analytics 4 (GA4) of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. If you give your consent, the following data will be processed:

• Pages visited / interactions on the website
• Pseudonymous user IDs
• Device and browser information (e.g. device type, resolution)
• Source / referral (referrer, campaign parameters)

The IP address is truncated within the EU (“IP-anonymisation”). A conclusion about your person is not possible. I have concluded a data processing agreement with Google. The legal basis for the processing is your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

You can prevent data collection by Google Analytics by installing the browser add-on or by deactivating cookies accordingly.

Purpose of Processing

I process the collected data for the following purposes:

• to optimize the offer of my website,
• to detect and fix technical errors,
• to improve the user experience.

Storage Period

The data collected via Google Analytics will be deleted or anonymised after a maximum of 14 months. Other aggregated data may continue to be stored.

Rights of the Data Subject

You have the right to:

• request information about the data stored about you,
• correct incorrect data,
• have your data deleted (“right to be forgotten”), insofar as there is no legal retention obligation,
• restrict processing,
• data portability (if the data is processed automatically),
• withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
